Due to the customized and service-based nature of our work, refunds and cancellations are handled under specific conditions as outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy

Once a project has started, cancellations may not be accepted or may be subject to charges based on work completed.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depend on the type and stage of service delivery.

No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered, partially completed, or finalized.

If a refund is approved, it will be limited to the unused portion of the service.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services

5. Delays & Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

Client’s failure to provide required information or approvals

Changes in project scope requested by the client

Force majeure events beyond our control
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
